Unlike a single factory, we integrate an audited network of manufacturers in Guangzhou and Yiwu. This means we can offer you wider product options, more reliable QC, and guaranteed on-time delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

How can I verify your company is legitimate?

A. Three ways:

  1. Chinese Business Registry: Search 义乌市首魅电子商务商行 on China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.

  2. Documents on request: Business license (CN), bank account certificate (matching legal name), office address, and sample contracts.

  3. Video call + office walk-through: We can arrange a live video call with our China office and (if needed) selected partner factories.

How do I know I will get what I ordered?

Every order goes through a strict 7-step supplier admission process and a 3-stage quality inspection (first piece / mid-production / pre-shipment).
We also provide:

  • Free design proof within 24–48 hours

  • Real photos/videos of your products before shipping

  • Optional third-party inspection reports

You will always see your order before it leaves China.

Can I pay safely? What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms that protect both sides:

  • 30–50% deposit after PI → balance before shipment upon final QC evidence (photos/videos/inspector report).

  • Escrow options or PayPal for small orders/samples; LC at sight for large repeat orders.

  • All invoices & bank accounts use the same legal name: Yiwu Shoumei E-Commerce Trading.

Will you disappear after deposit?

We operate milestone-based visibility:

  • WhatsApp/Email project group on day 1

  • Design proof (24–48h)sample (3–5 biz days)mid-production QCfinal QC pack (report + packing list + videos)

  • You receive export labels / AWB / DDP docs before goods depart.

Scope, Quality & Guarantees

What exactly do you handle end-to-end?

One-stop: sourcing → sampling → branding (silkscreen/heat-transfer/UV/laser/embroidery) → QC (AQL 2.5) → compliance docs → DDP delivery to SG/MY/PH. Optional kitting & gift boxes.

What are your QC standards?

Acceptance criteria (unless client specifies otherwise):

  • Printing alignment ≤ 1 mm, embroidery deviation ≤ ±5%

  • Color variance ΔE ≤ 3 vs approved sample

  • AQL 2.5 general inspection; functional tests by category (e.g., bag stitch tensile, lid leak test, umbrella open/close cycles, lanyard buckle pull)

What is your On-Time Guarantee?

If we miss the agreed ex-factory or delivery date due to our cause, we will:

  • Upgrade shipping at our cost to recover time (where possible), and/or

  • Provide credit of 1% per late day (cap 5%) to your account; material breaches → free reprint of affected portion or refund of branding fee.

Exclusions: client late approvals/changes, force majeure, customs holds unrelated to documentation accuracy (we handle docs).

What happens if quality issues occur?

Reprint/Replacement Policy:

  • If items fail agreed tolerances, we reprint/replace at our cost or refund the branding fee for the affected quantity.

  • Evidence: unboxing photos/videos or sample returns (case by case). We act within 48 hours of claim.

Lead Times, Logistics & Taxes

How fast can you deliver?

Typical plan (varies by item/qty):

  • Design proof: 24–48h

  • Sample: 3–5 biz days

  • Mass production: 10–18 days

  • DDP to SG/MY/PH: 5–10 days (air/express); sea LCL 10–25 days
    Express Production available for urgent events.

Do you truly handle customs & taxes (DDP)?

Yes. DDP = we manage customs clearance, import tax, and last-mile delivery. No hidden fees.
Common last-mile partners include reputable carriers (e.g., Ninja Van / J&T / LBC depending on country).

What Incoterms can you work with?

DDP, DAP, EXW, FOB, CIF—choose what fits your compliance and budget.

Pricing, MOQ & No-Surprise Policy

What are your MOQs and pricing logic?

Most categories start 100–300 pcs; we provide tier pricing (100/300/500/1000) so you can scale. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless raw-material spikes occur (we’ll notify).

Are there hidden charges?

No-Surprise Quote includes: product, branding, packing lists, export docs, DDP taxes/clearance, and last-mile delivery (unless clearly excluded). Any optional add-ons (e.g., retail packaging, special kitting) are itemized.

Can you match Pantone exactly?

We Pantone-match with lab dips/print strikes; production ΔE ≤ 3 vs the approved sample. Metallic/fluoro inks may have different tolerances (we’ll flag in proof).

Communication, Process & Responsibilities

How will we communicate and track progress?

You get a dedicated project manager, a WhatsApp group, and a milestone tracker:

  • T+0: project kickoff & requirements

  • T+2: design proof (24–48h)

  • T+3–5: sample ready (photos/video; courier if needed)

  • Mid-production: QC update

  • Pre-shipment: final QC pack (report + videos)

  • Post-delivery: feedback & after-sales window (7 days)

What do you need from us to keep timelines?
  • Vector logo (AI/PDF/SVG) + Pantone code

  • Final artwork approval within 24h

  • Timely deposit & balance payment

  • Shipping details & consignee info on time
    Delays in these will shift the timeline accordingly.

IP, Ethics & Compliance

Can you print any logo?

We only print authorized trademarks. We may request a letter of authorization. No counterfeit or infringing content.

Sustainability options?

FSC paper, RPET fabric, reduced plastic packing, eco inks—available on request. Provide targets; we’ll advise feasibility and cost impact.

Data privacy (PDPA / GDPR)?

We follow PDPA (SG/MY) principles. Your artwork & contact data are used solely for your project; NDA available on request.

Anti-bribery & social responsibility?

Our supplier admission includes spot interviews on labor conditions; we prohibit facilitation payments and follow a zero-tolerance policy.
